Our overarching goal is to be a bridge to the maritime life by:
Providing community opportunities to 'play' with and on boats
Offering flexible, affordable, and excellent classes
Assisting professional mariners with the difficult credentialing process
Providing a network to connect 'boat people' and (not so boat people too)
Celebrating the traditional and innovative attributes of maritime culture
Things we look forward to accomplishing in the next 10 years include: Opening a branch in Cape Town South Africa
Launching an Ocean Engineering branch
Landing our own fleet of research and training vessels including a tallship
Extending our reach to include a NPO to offer grants and assistance
